Why does it take you so long to create one sorbet painting?
To create the vibrant effect the paintings require many many layers of color and water. Like you can see in the video above every sorbet painting - no matter the size - has up to 72 color layers. Due to the wet-on-wet technique and the long drying period in-between the layers it can take up to a few months to finish one painting.
